Why this matters now

Improving the old model isn't the same as building the new one

Most organisations respond to AI by layering it onto what already exists. That produces gains, but not the kind that changes the game. The real shift is becoming AI-native, not just AI-equipped.

AI-Plus

Adding intelligence to an old engine

Existing products, processes and services get an AI layer bolted on. It is faster, cheaper, occasionally smarter. But the underlying model, and its ceiling, stays the same. Gains are incremental.

AI-Native

Re-designing from a clean slate

The product, process or service is rethought from first principles, built to take full advantage of what is now possible. This is where the exponential gains sit, and where most organisations have not yet gone.

Five skills. One interlocking system.

Develop reinventive capabilities and AI-native solutions with Reinventible!

01
Define the right problem

Customer Jobs-to-be-Done

Every re-invention starts by confirming what progress the customer is genuinely seeking, not the product an organisation happens to make. This anchors everything built downstream in real, verified need.

02
Question every assumption

First Principles Analysis

Once the job to be done is clear, this skill asks why the current solution looks the way it does, and whether it has to. Inherited convention and legacy constraint are stripped away until only verified truth remains.

03
Inspired from unexpected sources

Transdisciplinary Innovation

With assumptions cleared, this skill borrows from distant fields, disciplines and eras for insight a specialist inside the category would never surface. Original, durable solutions tend to come from outside the room.

04
See the whole, not just the parts

Systems Thinking

A well-designed intervention can still fail if it ignores the system around it. This skill maps feedback loops and unintended consequences, and reveals where small changes produce lasting, system-wide effect.

05
Commit to a chosen future

Future-Back Transformation

The final skill defines the destination with real specificity, then works backwards to what must be true today to reach it. It is the bridge between insight and an organisation that actually changes.

This is a system, not a collection of frameworks. Most innovation programmes teach tools in isolation. Remove any one of these five skills and the system develops a gap: the wrong problem gets solved, or solved the wrong way, or with only the ideas already in the room, or without seeing what it disturbs, or without ever leaving the strategy document.

Proven and tested with executives and innovators

Reinventible! is taught through a live capstone, applied to a real challenge each participant brings. Here's what past participants say.

"The Reinventible! system is a lifeline to build the reinvention skills needed to rise above automation. It has fundamentally transformed how I innovate for an AI-rich environment."

Justin Gadbois
Justin GadboisManaging Director, Brookshire & Co

"Highly relevant for C-suite leaders and senior management, enabling leaders to be more strategic, better informed, and more future-ready in the AI era. It is particularly valuable in helping organisations shape and sharpen their strategic plans going forward."

Wong Yew Chung
Wong Yew ChungPartner, Ernst and Young Singapore

"This workshop is highly informative and engaging, with strong frameworks that enable you to assimilate, reflect, and act on the learnings. The capstone was particularly valuable in developing a more structured and forward-looking way of thinking."

Sudhanshu Duggal
Sudhanshu DuggalEVP & AI Strategy Architect, Vodafone Idea

"Charlie's class equips me to design and lead transformation more effectively across business units. Highly relevant for leaders looking to translate AI into real organisational impact."

Lee Chon Cheng
Lee Chon ChengAI Transformation Lead, Sea Group

"The Reinventible program is genuinely different: it doesn't chase the latest AI trend, rather it challenges you to become a 're-inventor' and think at a level where no tool can replace you."

Valentina Reynaud
Valentina ReynaudEnterprise Solutions Architect
MSD | Former SAP Global VP

"It fundamentally changed how I approach complex problems, from analogical thinking to true first principles."

Vidit Agrawal
Vidit AgrawalManaging Director, GajiGesa (Kredivo Group)

"Charlie doesn't just teach frameworks, he fundamentally changes how I think about AI.

Before the program, AI felt like something to keep up with. After it, I realised the real edge isn't speed, but clarity and structure, especially for leaders. It trained me to strip problems to their essence, identify what's missing, and think with intention rather than reaction.

What stayed with me most is this: in a world obsessed with answers, Charlie trains us to ask better questions. And that changes everything. I now approach decisions differently. Instead of reacting to trends, I focus on understanding underlying forces and shaping outcomes more deliberately. First Principles, Systems Thinking, Future-Back are no longer concepts, but instincts I carry into daily decisions.

This program doesn't make me more dependent on AI. It makes me more formidable, with or without it. A highly valuable program for leaders in the AI era."

Jocelyn Chng
Jocelyn ChngManaging Director, Sin Hwa Dee Food Stuff Industries
Group CEO, JR Group

"This program is genuinely eye-opening. It gives you entirely new lenses to understand how AI is reshaping leadership, decision-making, and strategy. Anyone serious about staying relevant in a human-AI world should experience this."

Eric Saint-Andre
Eric Saint-AndreSenior Partner, Vivaldi Group

"This programme has significantly strengthened how I think about talent development in an AI-shaped world. Rather than focusing on keeping pace with the latest tools, the programme builds deeper, future-proof capabilities, enabling adaptive leaders who can evolve, learn, and create value regardless of how AI progresses. This is the kind of capability-building investment that remains relevant well beyond any single wave of AI innovation."

Winnie Lee
Winnie LeeTalent Development Lead, Asia Pacific, Mattel

"I applied the Reinventible! method to file two patents and build a new startup."

Steven Seet
Steven SeetFounder and CEO, eWiz

"Charlie's approach equips me to stay strategic, creative, and deeply human in the age of AI. The workshop was truly transformative for me. I highly recommend it to any leader who wants to innovate and lead confidently in the AI era."

Médéric Demouchy
Médéric DemouchyTrade Manager, London & Partners

"It didn't just teach me about AI, it changed how I think about work, management, and where value actually comes from."

Questions people ask

Frequently asked

Is this an AI tools workshop?

No. Reinventible! is not about learning to prompt a model. It is a strategic and cognitive framework for deciding what to build once AI has made new things possible. AI tools are used inside the program to accelerate the thinking, not as the subject of it.

What's the difference between the 5-Week and 2-Day formats?

Same five skills and the same capstone structure, different pacing. The 5-Week Programme is virtual, one skill per weekly session, and open to individuals as well as custom cohorts. The 2-Day Intensive covers the same ground in person or virtual, back-to-back, and is only available as a custom cohort for teams.

Do I need to attend every session?

Yes. The five skills build on each other, whether across five weekly sessions or two consecutive days, and the final capstone draws directly on the work done earlier in the program. It isn't designed to be split or joined partway through.

Do I need a technical or innovation background?

No. Participants have ranged from first-time founders to C-suite executives. The one prerequisite is a real challenge to bring and work on, not a specific academic or professional background.

What if I don't have a real-world challenge to work on?

A curated challenge, drawn from real business scenarios, is available for participants who prefer to work on that instead. Most participants find bringing their own is more useful.

How is this different to Design Thinking or Lean Startup?

Those methods are strong for iterative improvement and experimentation. Reinventible! is built for a different job: deciding when incremental improvement is not enough, and reconstructing a solution from first principles when it isn't. The two approaches are complementary, not competing.

Why is cohort size capped?

The program is hands-on and applied. Every participant gets facilitated time on their own capstone, which only works with a small cohort. Enrolment closes once the cohort is full.

Ready to reinvent something real?

Bring a challenge you're actually facing. Leave with a blueprint, a certification, and a system you can use again.
